Light of Hope Community Closet

Tikkun Olam means "Heal the World".  In the spirit of that tradition, the members of Congregation Or Tikvah created the Light of Hope Community Closet. Since the fall of 2010, our congregation has accepted donated clothing, household items, non parrishable food, childrens toys, and books. A portion of our building has been set up to  organize these donated items for redistribution to those in need within our community. Congregation Or Tikvah has worked closely with other area churches, non profit organizations, and the Avon Township Food Pantry. There is no cost to our clients for any goods that they need.

Light of Hope Community Closet
is open Sundays, Our next dates are 8/14, 8/28, 9/4, and 9/18  from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
